As of Xcode 9.3, at least, it is now possible to easily navigate the API documentation of Swift modules, including third-party modules, with the new Module Viewer:
Download the module. This is also a good idea to make sure that the module is actually released as open source, as there are many non-open source projects out there.
Open the project in Xcode.
Press ⌘D to create a new document in the project.
Start typing the module name. Xcode will attempt to match the autocompletition to module names, but also display the function names that are available. Xcode will then automatically insert // Module:
